Service.

NPC.fi is a marketplace where humans can opt to share anonymized behavioral data with AI agents. Buyers pay in USDC on Base; the protocol auto-swaps the buyer fee to $NPCFI on the Clanker market and credits suppliers in $NPCFI. Participation is voluntary and pseudonymous.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and not on any sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU, UK). You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

You agree NOT to use NPC.fi to:

• ×Submit fabricated, scripted, or automated data while pretending it is human-generated
• ×Submit data that is not your own (don't impersonate other people)
• ×Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights
• ×Submit personally identifying information about third parties
• ×Operate Sybil farms or coordinated rings to game the plausibility detector
• ×Attempt to deanonymize other contributors
• ×Use the service to launder funds

Violating these rules can result in stake slashing and a permanent ban of the wallet from the protocol.

Earnings are paid in $NPCFI on Base. Buyers settle in USDC; the protocol swaps to $NPCFI on the Clanker market and credits contributors. Payouts settle per query, net of a protocol fee. Stake (refundable bond) may be partially or fully slashed if your data is determined to be implausible, automated, or fraudulent. Disputes about slashing are handled off-chain by the project maintainers in good faith; their decision is final.

Nothing on NPC.fi is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All dollar figures shown anywhere on the site (per-month earnings, average payouts, query prices, persona counts, displayed dashboard values) are illustrative and are not a guarantee, projection, or promise of future income. Your actual earnings depend on data quality, demand from buyers, network usage, $NPCFI market conditions, and other factors outside our control. You may earn nothing.

The $NPCFI token is a utility token. It is not a security, not an investment contract, and confers no equity, revenue share, or ownership rights in any entity.

NPC.fi is non-custodial. We never hold your private keys. We never ask for your seed phrase. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your private key, and your transactions. If you lose your key, we cannot recover your wallet, your earnings, or your stake.

We will never DM you first. We will never ask you to approve a transaction in a DM. We will never run an “airdrop claim” that asks for your seed phrase. If anyone claims otherwise, they are a scammer.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to: slashed stake, missed earnings, lost access, smart contract bugs, RPC failures, blockchain reorgs, third-party OAuth provider outages, or buyer disputes.

The protocol and frontend are open source. You may run your own instance or fork the codebase. These Terms apply only to the hosted service at npcfi.xyz. Forks and self-hosted instances are governed by their own operators.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the project maintainers' jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved via the contact channels below will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
